1. Raw Material Procurement
The procurement of cotton, chemical fibers or other textile raw materials is carried out to ensure that the quality of the raw materials meets the standards.
2. Spinning
Raw fibers are spun into yarn, with control over yarn strength, evenness and twist.
3. Weaving of Cloth
Yarn is employed to weave fabric on the loom, while controlling the density, size and pattern of the fabric.
4. Pre-Shrinking
The fabric undergoes pre-shrinking to prevent shrinkage during subsequent processing and usage.
5. Bleaching
Chemicals or other methods are utilized to remove impurities from the fabric and enhance the whiteness and brightness of the fabric.
6. Printing or Dyeing
Fabrics are printed or dyed as required, with control over color uniformity and fastness.
7. Finishing
The fabric is subjected to softening, wrinkle-proof and other finishing treatments, conferring special functional properties to the fabric.
8. Cutting and Sewing
The fabric is cut according to the sheet size, and the sheets and related accessories are sewn.
9. Inspection and Packaging
The quality of the finished sheets is inspected, folded, packaged and prepared for shipment.
10. Transportation and Sales
Bed linen is delivered to sales channels for marketing and promotion.
